TTS Engineering Ltd are suppliers, manufacturers and installers of Pipework systems and structural steelwork. Our expertise cover all aspects of the Off shore / On shore Oil, Gas, Marine, Water and Mining sectors. We also supply from very competitive markets all types of Valves, spares and associated equipment to the above industries.
Whilst Price and Performance are paramount in securing and executing Contracts, Safety is our prime concern. TTS Engineering Ltd prides itself with an exemplarily safety record. Prior to the start of all Projects the relevant method and risk analysis' are drawn up along with documented regular Tool Box Talks.
Our Manufacturing facilities are based at the Pallion Shipyard in Sunderland with direct access to the River Wear. We have access to 50,000 sq feet of undercover fabrication facilities, serviced by 2 No 60t overhead cranes.
We also have a facility within the A&P Tees Dockyard with direct access to the River Tees. This facility is used mainly as a support unit to A&P Tees Dockyard Ltd whose activities include Ship Repair & Conversion Projects, and recently for the Main Deck Refurbishment of a Chemical Tanker the 'Alpine Girl'; a very specialised project involving the construction of Stainless Steel 316L to existing clad steel (High Grade Carbon bonded to Stainless Steel).
